Everything you need to know about obtaining your CRHA certification as a JMSB student.

For HR students at JMSB, the CRHA designation represents a significant professional milestone.
But the path to certification can feel complex — especially when you’re juggling coursework,
internships, and a full course load.

What is the CRHA?

The CRHA (Conseiller en ressources humaines agréé) is the professional designation for HR
practitioners in Quebec. It is issued by l’Ordre des CRHA and is recognized across Canada
as proof of professional competence and ethical conduct.

Am I Eligible?

JMSB’s HR program is specifically designed to prepare you for the CRHA credential.
Many of your core courses count toward the academic requirements, meaning the certification
may be closer than you think.

The Application Process

The process involves 7 steps: consulting admission requirements, gathering documents,
completing your online application, passing an equivalency exam if required, completing
ethics training, paying your membership fee, and joining l’Ordre as a recognized member.
